Mario Bergamasco, born in Imperia, studied classical guitar at the Prayner Conservatory in Vienna, as well as instrumental and vocal pedagogy at the Landeskonservatorium Feldkirch and the Berlin University of the Arts. While still a student, he gave regular concerts and played several international tours. His musical work is determined by stylistic diversity, which is characterised by activities in musically different musical projects such as Sangre de Muerdago, Süpple, La Ligne Maginot, Las Casas Viejas, Kryal and others. In addition to his concert activities, Bergamasco works as a freelance composer. His works include compositions for theatre and film, as well as ensemble works and text settings.
